A delicious yogurt soft serve which is popular in many places. My favorite is their sanum whereby you can choose your own fruits, crunch toppings and sauce. There will be different choices each time so you can get to try new flavours too. I really enjoy eating this and I always like their special and seasonal crunch topping and sometimes they have local flavour sauce too. One time, they had the milo sauce and I added milo crunch to my yogurt and it was so good and tasty. #malaysia I always believe that the best place to find the best food in that country is to go where the local goes and this would be a place where the local goes to find their comfort food. Century food street is about a good 10mins walk away from the KSL mall where you get the whole Gastrobeats vibes where food is good and affordable, unlike the ones in the actual Gastrobeats. There are plenty of food options for you to choose from like the Taiwan street food, to local delights such as Char Kway Tiao, Laksa and satay. There is also fruit juice for you to detox after a sinful meal, where you can also take the 10mins walk back to KSL to burn some fats.

#malaysia Meng Meng Roasted Duck is a restaurant known for their signature duck dishes in KSL City Mall. The presentation of the whole duck which we had ordered was interesting as they placed the duck meat on a duck shaped plate too. True to their name, the roasted duck was delicious with crispy thin skin and juicy meat. There were also other types of roasted meats, seafood such as sambal squid and vegetables that are also just as delicious.

#malaysia Yew Kok Ann Restaurant is located in KSL city mall known for some local asian delights. The curry fish head was so delicious; my friends and I felt that it was even better than another shop famous for their curry fish head too. The gravy was thick and rich, and we could not stop eating it on its own and with rice. The fish head was meaty too. The herbal soup was also light and a good perk-me-up for the body and soul. The fried rice complemented well with the curry fish head.

After so many years of visiting Johor Bahru. I didn’t know a street food/ hawker place exist near KSL resort. But I am glad I finally found out! It was so interesting to see a new sight and I love fairy lights so I was drawn to the place. The place actually have a lot of stores for you to choose from, and all of them have their own quirky number stand for you after payment is make. Makes me wonder why they don’t just give the tables number. There are sheltered and outdoor sitting and even a stage for live band.

We went on a weekday afternoon and there wasn't many people but we had to wait for about 20 minutes. The counter staff is friendly and not pushy with their packages and we were given space to think about it. The environment feel so serene and cosy. We were served drinks and wifi was available while we waited. We had a 60 mins massage and the masseur was okay but not fantastic. We were served hot drinks after the massage. #johor #johorbahru

Travelled to JB for a quick day trip and really enjoyed the food there!! Tried the paper wrapped chicken for lunch, Jane’s Dessert for tea break and ate Zi Char for dinner!!

#familytrips2024 this has become one of the most in thing happened in JB where there are huge crowd due to its popularity trend where you can get a free random toy upon buying a drink. It cost rm25 to buy a drink with a random toy. It has increasingly popular because they create moments of joy and excitement, fostering a sense of appreciation and love. Extremely pleasant stay at the central of Johor Bahru. Got to stay on the higher level, which provides a superb view of the city. The hotel is located directly above KSL Mall. The only downside is the inconvenience caused by the lift maintenance during these mid year school holidays peak period. 9/10 experience

When shopping in KSL mall with my family, I realised that Guardian there is offering as high as 80% discount for some of the korean mask?! Immediately grab several of these masks as they are pretty good for daily usage! I also noticed there is similar promo at city square JB but there are more items on sale in KSL in my opinion. #cherryblossom2024 We always want to try our new places and this is a newly open noodle restaurant at KSL, Lao Cheng Jie Mian Guan. There were not many customers in the restaurant and we are also a bit scare to try it. Lucky we went in and placed order because after a while, the restaurant was almost full. Their Chinese noodles are chewy and nice and their deep fried milk snack is interesting too. The menu is in English and come with photos so we know exactly what are we eating. We also ask for less spicy if not we cannot eat the noodles. We also order clear soup noodles to avoid the spice totally.

#cherryblossom2024 Our friends and us are overspending at the arcade and capsule games. We keep changing tokens and trying to win the prizes. There are so many arcade games here in KSL, on different levels too. We make a mistake by changing too many tokens because some of the same machines cannot use the tokens. We need to use another type of tokens. So this is how we end up changing more tokens than we need. These games are really addictive and their prizes are attractive too. The staff is also nearby and when you need help, they can attend to you quickly.

#cherryblossom2024 We like to try out new places and this is a newly open kopitiam concept in KSL. It is similar to Oriental Kopi and with the lesser crowed, we prefer to dine here. They serve similar food and drinks and the prices are cheaper here too. Tian Xi Kopi is located on level 2 at KSL, near to the cinema area. They open the same timing as the mall, 10am to 10pm. They also introduce new dishes every month and if you are adventurous, you can order and try it. We like to order their toast set and ayam penyet. Their yuan yang coffee is delicious and you must order it.

KSL has a night market that is open every Monday and it is located near the KSL shopping mall. KSL night market is a long stretch of vendors from ksl shopping mall to grand paragon hotel. There are many variety of food here and some of the famous food here are the Peanut Mochi, Fried chicken, Beancurd and Carrot cake. Do expect some of these stores to have a queue. There are vendors that sells apparels, bags, as well as fresh fruits. #fallishere

Night market outside Ksl on Monday evenings start from 4pm and gets busy around 5pm. Too much food to taste so always have to pack back cos the tummies cannot absorb so much suddenly. We discovered the koi at Ksl ground level which is spacious and located near the kids cars and dinosaur rides. I haven't been to Johor Bahru, Malaysia, in a long time because the customs at the Singapore-Malaysia border always have heavy traffic, and I don't like waiting in long queues. However, my family and I have decided to take a short day trip there, specifically to visit KSL City Mall. I've heard that the mall has become popular among Singaporeans for its wide range of products, and I'm looking forward to enjoying some shopping and indulging my inner child. Additionally, I'm excited to try out the local delicacies at the many restaurants in the area.

It’s a large dumpling filled with shrimps, tender pork, mushrooms and a small piece of sharks fins. What we love the the long boiled soup which is so comforting to the stomach. Their dim um menu it’s quite wide and we got to order the typical dishes. For the price we paid, it is indeed good value for money. Excellent and cheaper prices water park for children's at KSL Johor Bahru. Situated at the centre of the city and convenient with all the surrounding shops. Children's can play with peaceful without more crowder and much fun but parents must take care of ur children because there's no life guard.
