🚂 Travel on a budget Review + How to book train tickets for the first time!
🙇🏽♀️ Hello everyone, after sneaking away to travel, I tried taking a long-distance train by myself for the first time!! Which was very exciting!! Because I've never ridden, never booked, never experienced the atmosphere of riding a train, it made me worried about having to manage everything by myself. Without delay, I researched the information. 👀
🚂 Book train tickets online, convenient, fast, easy
1. Download the app called D-TICKET (This app is the official app of the State Railway of Thailand, rest assured, no need to be afraid of being cheated) 2. Log in. If anyone has never registered, register and then go sign in. 3. Book a ticket by pressing book a ticket 4. Fill in the travel details such as where to go, what date, how many people 5. Choose the train number (check the details carefully, especially the time) 6. Let's choose the function. Do you want to sit in a sleeper, air-conditioned, or a fan? 7. Choose a seat. The app shows the seat schedule in quite detail. (For those who like to use the bathroom, I recommend sitting on the aisle.) 8. Pay = Get online tickets 9. Click to check the ticket details + QR code to make sure they are correct and complete ✨
That's it, you're done. When the travel date comes, prepare the QR code for the station staff to scan. No need to exchange tickets or queue. Just prepare the QR code and wait for them to call you to board the train. 👀
🖍️For the train review + more details, scroll down to read the picture. I really put my heart into writing it. If anyone wants to challenge themselves by taking the train, give it a try. It's fun + you'll get new experiences. Or if anyone is looking for economical transportation, I recommend the State Railway of Thailand. (I'm secretly waiting for them to develop the train as well. It might give a better feeling >< Hahaha)
