Walking on the hot streets of Bangkok, I happened to pass by this old-fashioned and low-key Maohe Herbal Tea Shop. The shop is simple and has no gorgeous decorations, but it attracts many locals to line up to enter. I know it must be great. I immediately followed my husband in to find some cool feeling. The store is lined with large glass jars filled with a variety of Chinese herbal teas and herbal drinks. The owner skillfully poured us a cup of black herbal tea and chrysanthemum wolfberry tea. The taste was slightly bitter but sweet. After drinking it, the whole heat instantly dissipated and the body felt lighter. The most interesting thing is that there are some old newspapers and herbal medicine effect descriptions on the wall of the store. Although there is no air conditioning in the space, the electric fan keeps blowing and makes people feel cool. I really like this authentic local old store.
