I had a good meal at the Tsuen Wan branch before, but I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get seaweed, salmon caviar and bamboo charcoal udon. I closed early today, so I came here with my teammates for an early dinner.
It's not very big, and as soon as you enter the door, there is a faint floral fragrance. Each table is placed with a small bouquet of dried flowers, and with the wooden decoration, it is very comfortable to sit.
The famous salad here, I had it once before was good, the presentation was excellent, the look and edible, but the plate was very large and two people were afraid of not being able to eat anything else, so this time I tried other food and it was just as excellent.
We ordered a mushroom Cappuccino, crab meat avocado boat, fried gourd chicken and the unforgettable seaweed salmon caviar bamboo charcoal udon, and finally ended with an Affogato dessert.
Crabmeat Avocado Boat $88 - Ingredients in addition to crabmeat and avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, and a very fresh butter lettuce salad as accompaniment, sprinkled with sesame seeds and baked almonds and pine nuts. Healthy and delicious.
Fried gourd chicken $62 - it does not add much flour, does not fry the outside very crispy stirred very hot air, the fried chicken inside very soft, plus the gourd sauce, very tasty.
Seaweed Salmon Caviar Bamboo Charcoal Udon $168 - Highlight recommendation, which I am very much looking forward to, just look at the look is very attractive, seaweed and salmon caviar not to mention, smooth bamboo charcoal udon absorbed the creamy seaweed cream sauce, great!
Mushroom cappuccino $58 - This is a very rich and smooth mushroom soup with a layer of fluffy cream on top, looks really a bit like cappuccino, excellent with cheese baguette.
Affogato $48 - Expresso with vanilla ice cream, hot rich expresso poured over the frozen vanilla ice cream. Two simple ingredients paired with a delicious dessert.
