You order from the ticket machine and hand the ticket over to the counter. The interior and terrace are spacious, but it seemed to be crowded with tourists all day. We secured a seat on the rooftop terrace! We enjoyed delicious garlic shrimp while looking out at the Kouri Bridge. You can also get takeout from the food truck outside the store.
