Koh Panyi, see the Muslim lifestyle, taste seafood
After finishing the tour activities according to the program, the same big-headed boat took us to Panyi Island, which is a sub-district in Mueang District, Phang Nga Province, for lunch.
It's not quite lunch, it should be afternoon because we didn't get to eat until 2 pm.
This meal was especially delicious. There were fried shrimp, tom yum, grilled chicken, three-flavor fish, and fruits. Westerners can't eat spicy food, so we almost finished the tom yum.
The guide also brought us curry with shellfish and shrimp paste chili paste because he knew that I'm from the South who likes spicy food.
After the meal, we walked around the village, stopped by the mosque, and got on the boat that was already waiting at the village's sports field.
Panyi Island is now a large community with everything, including a school, a health center, and electricity. You could say that the entire island is a Muslim community.
We said goodbye to Phang Nga Bay with delicious food at Panyi Island. There is also a souvenir shop here, in case anyone wants to support the villagers.
