Sunset at Koh Phayam This trip I traveled before the Covid outbreak. Koh Phayam is an island in Ranong Province. It takes about 40 minutes by speedboat from the coast of Ranong Province. It is an island in the Andaman Sea that has a peaceful and beautiful nature. It is also the shortest distance from Bangkok compared to the islands in the Andaman Sea. The sun sets below the horizon. #beachvacation A wanted a little vacation from my big vacation in Thailand so I decided it was time for some island life. I went to the island of Koh Phamyam. Just next to Ranong lays this little paradise on earth. It’s a small island with not that big population. The island has about 6 roads so I recommend rent a scoter one town when you arrive. It’s about 100 to 150 bath per day to rent. Because it’s an island you will have many beaches you can visit and because it’s a small island with not that many people coming here you will have almost a private beach. I visit in the rain season , October , so I almost had the beach to myself !! Like I said - paradise on earth. The island has quite a few restaurants serving all from German food, sea food , hamburger or of course Thai food!! So it’s no worries about getting good food!! I definitely recommend this island !!

I must say that here there are activities such as kayaking, swimming pools, cycling around the island, seeing the beauty of Koh Phayam Temple, which has a church in the middle of the water, going to see the heart-shaped rock, and what you can't miss is going to see hundreds of hornbills. This is very exciting. Because it's so close, my friend 🥰 Don't worry about the food. They have both savory and sweet dishes, drinks, and bakery items. A romantic dinner by the sea. It was a 3-day, 2-night trip that went by so fast. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back again. 💙 If anyone wants to come to the sea, I would like you to try coming to Koh Phayam. It's easy to travel. It takes about 45 minutes by speedboat. They will have a golf cart to pick you up and take you to the hotel. The service here is very good. The expenses are not too high. The cost of living is not expensive.
