#cafestory This is a nice cafe. They have a sister branch called Alter Ego in Kiulap. Cozy and quiet place, perfect for breakfast on weekdays. The menu was quite appetite zing with some brunch options, sandwiches and deserts. I just had a fantastic meal with my friends this morning. The Cajun Chicken Pumpkin Waffles from the Brunch Set was flavourful and quality ingredients were used. I will be returning with my family very soon. Highly recommended!

First thing you will be surprised is in fact they almost have NO public transport in the city. Everyone has their own cat to o around the city. #hiddengems Good quality Japanese restaurant which has better than average quality ingredients. The environment was well lit, spacious and overall very pleasant. Service was good and this is also an establishment that uses QR code menus. We tried their set lunches and they were yummy.Excellent service, reasonably priced, perfectly located at Batu Bersurat.

The food selection is not too bad – you have choices of western and Asian dishes. Lovely ambience, love their lunch set! Jame' Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque is a mosque in Kampong Kiarong of Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. It is named after Hassanal Bolkiah, the 29th and current Sultan of Brunei. It is one of the two state mosques, the other Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. Jame' Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque was established on 14 July 1994 and it is the largest mosque in the country and can accommodate 5,000 worshippers at a time. #myfoodies Mr Baker’s Bakeshop offers a more western style menu. All the food we ordered was delicious and presented nicely. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere with good jazzy/ swing music, mediocre interior and good seating arrangement. Delicious breakfast of ham with cheese, scrabble egg, croissant and salad. My favorite breakfast places in town is Yang Seng Restaurant & Catering as one of the best roast duck and pork belly in town. The roasted pork belly is good with crispy and crunchy pork skin. You need to go early morning for their popular roasted duck kolo mee or rice because usually run out before early noon. Their "yee-wat" soup or "handmade fish cake soup" is one of their signature dish. It’s worth to try it. I highly recommended this restaurant. We always enjoy their delicious desserts, mains and drinks. The food is wholesome, good sized meals and yummy. Their Mango Cheesecake is one of the best in town. The richest in the world!? Do you know Brunei❔🇧🇳 There are direct flights from Tokyo with Royal Brunei✈️, so some of you may be familiar with it, but there are no direct flights from Kansai Airport, so I only found out about it while planning this trip! I had never even heard of the country before👂 There was a direct flight from Ho Chi Minh City, so I thought I'd take a look around, but in the end! I fell in love with Brunei🩵 This New Mosque, also known as Jame's Sul Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque🕌, is so luxurious, isn't it✨ I was traveling alone, so an old man who happened to be there took a photo of me, and I got this smile☺️ I'm so happy Not only the exterior, but the interior is so beautiful that I'm entranced!! The 6th escalator is apparently reserved for royalty 👸🫅 I couldn't take a photo, but the New Mosque lit up at night was also incredibly beautiful 🥰 And of course the mosques in Brunei are amazing, but the people in Brunei are just so kind and amazing 🥹 They speak English well, prices are relatively cheap, and it's only about 6 hours from Tokyo on a direct flight! #JanuaryGoodPlaces2025 My favorite mosque in Brunei. It looks beautiful from a distance when driving from the city, and it is even more amazing when you enter the interior! I entered at 2pm when it opened. The staff at the door asked me to register in a leisurely manner (writing my name and country etc.). I was required to take off my shoes inside and girls were required to wear robes etc. (provided on site). Taking photos inside is very welcome, but no disrespectful photography is allowed.
