The cathedral has a rich history and magnificent architecture. After lunch nearby, I headed to the Smithwick's Experience to learn about the local beer brewing culture. I spent about 2 hours there. Day 3: Drove to Dunmore Cave in the morning to explore the mysterious underground caverns, which took about 1.5 hours. In the afternoon, I went to the Kilkenny Design Centre to pick out some unique souvenirs. 1–2 hours is perfect for browsing.
