🚗 Ban Luang, Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai 50160
🚗Doi Inthanon is the highest peak in Thailand, with an altitude of nearly 2600 meters, located in the Chom Thong district to the south of Chiang Mai, covering an area of about 500 square kilometers. Doi Inthanon was established in June 1978 and is one of the most famous national parks in Thailand. A 19th-century king was buried here, and to commemorate him, the mountain was renamed to its current name. Due to geographical and other factors, Doi Inthanon has created a good ecological environment, with a large number of precious animals and plants, and it is also a paradise for bird lovers. You can enjoy various types of birds at different times of the year.
🚗This is a less famous hiking trail in the mountains called the Kew Mae Pan nature trail, a 3km loop that takes just over an hour.
🚗A guide is required for the trails here, costing 200 baht per group, and multiple people can join. There are many hiking trails in the mountains here, but they are all short-distance routes, so if you like hiking, it's best to form a group to save money.
