I spent hours just wandering through the tree-lined paths. The best part? It’s completely free to enjoy these outdoor spaces. The crisp autumn air made exploring even more refreshing, with nearby attractions like the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, where entry is also free! The weather was cool but not too chilly, making it perfect for cozying up in one of Glasgow’s many cafés. I particularly loved grabbing a hot chocolate at Café Gandolfi before heading over to the West End for some local shopping and live music. Location: West of Glasgow in central Scotland. Getting there: Take the subway to Kelvinbridge station and walk south. Highlights: Kelvingrove museum is a must. The architecture is Gothic, classic and gigantic. Beautiful to walk around. Glasgow University is also a stunning place to walk around and enjoy the gardens and the traditional buildings. #glasgow

Visiting the botanical garden is addictive So I came to Glasgow Botanic Gardens in the cold winter The grass is covered with frost But it shows a different kind of green A bit beautiful But it’s freezing after all So for the first time in life Warmly greeted by squirrel friends It's a pity that I didn't bring any snacks with me Even the squirrels in the green next to Glasgow University They all jumped out too They all bowed to me I'm really flattered
