For these 6 photos, I specially flew to Bali
I believe every traveler👣 who comes to Bali is here to reach this place.
The Fairy's Drop🧚, just hearing the name sounds so dreamy, and it truly lives up to its reputation as the wallpaper chosen by iPhone, it's unbelievably beautiful🤫.
Standing on the edge of the cliff, the endless sky and the Indian Ocean🌊 merge into one.
The waves crash against the rocks, creating layers of white spray! It's so beautiful!
The lush vegetation spreads along the cliff, it's really hard to believe its authenticity.
A gentle breeze blows, bringing a refreshing scent, this beauty is breathtaking.
One can't help but marvel at the craftsmanship of nature, it's like a dream that makes people intoxicated.
.
When the sunlight sparkles on the sea, the sand at the bottom of the cliff is fine and soft.
Take off your shoes and feel the jelly-like sea, at this moment time seems to stand still.
All worries are thrown away, this is the unique romance of Bali💕.

Hike down Kelingking Beach to enjoy this view 🇮🇩
#seascapes
Kelingking Beach on Nusa Penida Island, Indonesia, is renowned not just for its iconic T-Rex-shaped cliff face but also for the adventurous hike required to reach its pristine sands. This challenging trek is a must-do for adventure seekers and nature lovers, offering an exhilarating blend of breathtaking views and physical activity.
Stunning Scenery
From the viewpoint at the top of the cliff, the panoramic views of Kelingking Beach are absolutely stunning. The vivid turquoise waters contrast sharply against the lush green vegetation of the cliff, creating a dramatic and picturesque landscape. The unique topography of the area, resembling a dinosaur's back, makes this spot highly popular for photographers and Instagram enthusiasts.
The Hike Down
The hike down to Kelingking Beach is steep and rugged, requiring a good level of physical fitness and proper footwear. The path is equipped with bamboo railings and ropes to assist hikers, but it remains a challenging descent that can take about 30 to 40 minutes. As you make your way down, the sound of the waves grows louder, and the cool ocean breeze provides relief from the heat.
Tips for Hikers
- Safety First: The path can be slippery, especially after rain, so wear sturdy hiking shoes and take your time to avoid accidents.
- Bring Water and Sunscreen: There are no facilities once you leave the top viewpoint, so bring enough water to stay hydrated and sunscreen to protect against the intense sun.
- Check the Tides: Be aware of the tides as high tide can make certain parts of the beach inaccessible.
- Start Early: Begin your hike early in the morning to avoid the midday sun and the crowds. This also gives you more time to enjoy the beach before the hike back up.
Conclusion
Reaching Kelingking Beach is a rewarding experience for those willing to tackle the steep descent. The secluded beach at the bottom is a breathtaking reward — a perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, and simply enjoying the spectacular natural surroundings. The hike back up is strenuous but equally fulfilling, offering a sense of accomplishment alongside the magnificent views.

Don't miss Penida Island when you come to Bali for a trip!
📍
Penida
I really like Penida Island 🤩
It takes an hour to drive from the hotel to the pier and another hour to get to Penida by boat
(The last picture was taken on the boat)
It was raining heavily on the boat, the clouds were dense, and my heart was cold
Thinking that since I'm here, I might as well enjoy it, it's all an experience
On the way to the first scenic spot by car
The sky gradually cleared up, and the clouds faded away
I saw the most beautiful Penida!
I've always been very lucky
Transportation💡
The transportation environment on the island is relatively poor, it is recommended to rent a car🚗
After getting off the boat, the driver will pick us up with a sign
We arranged a day trip
It's definitely not enough time to see all the attractions on the east and west lines
Chose the 3 I wanted to go to the most!!!!!!
West Line
1.
🌸Kelingking Beach Elf Cliff
The most famous scenic spot on Penida Island, the location for the Apple wallpaper
The towering cliffs, blue sky, clear water, and white sandy beaches look good no matter how you shoot
There is a paid photo spot, you need to queue up and wait
East Line
2.
🌸Diamond Beach Diamond Beach
The jelly sea is so beautiful!! 💙
And the warm sunlight that casts a dreamy filter on everything
We took some photos and looked around at the stairs
Didn't have time, didn't go down to the beach🏖️
If you go down to the beach, you can also take pictures of the popular swing
3.
🌸TreeHouse Tree House🌲
The tree house is a paid photo spot, the photo countdown is 2min
The special🔥 tree house, how to shoot is good
You need to go down a lot of steps to get there, take a number and queue up to take pictures in the tree house
The tree house is simply two ropes pulled
Be careful when taking pictures on the steps
This scenic spot must go!! It's too beautiful!
At the end of the end
When I was returning to the pier by car, it started to rain lightly
When I arrived at the pier and boarded the ship, the rain stopped and a rainbow appeared!

📍 Location - Kelingking Beach
Bunga Mekar, Nusa Penida, Klungkung Regency, Bali 80771, Indonesia.
👣 Getting There - By motorbike or car. Depending on the weather & time of the day, it might be a better option to visit by car.
Visit before 09:00 or after 16:00, lesser crowds.
⭐ Highlights - This is a natural gem nestled on the southwestern coast of Nusa Penida Island in Bali. The beach's dramatic T-Rex-shaped cliff, clear turquoise waters, and untouched surroundings make it a must-see destination.
The staircase is pretty steep, took us 25 minutes to walk down and 40 minutes back up. At the middle point, stairs turn into rocky surfaces.
Views from the beach is AMAZING, but don't attempt if you're not fit.
💲Price - Entrance fee IDR 10,000 per vehicle
👍 Rating - 10/10

🇮🇩Nusa Penida -A tiny Paradise🌊
#wheretogo
Nusa Penida is a gorgeous island and reminds us of. The views are epic, the roads are narrow and not filled with villas yet. visit. It houses some of the most photogenic sights in Bali. The whole island is huge and I only had time to do a day trip. so I went to the West Penida where Kelingking Beach is. It is probably the most Instagrammed spot in Nusa Penida with the unique rock formation and clear blue water.#bali #nusapenida #timetotravel #worldexplorer

Sunrise Poin in Sanur Beach
Sunrise and sunset on Nusa Penida are what many landscape photographers hunt for. Among them are Sunset Kelingking Beach, Sunset Broken Beach, Sunrise Atuh Beach, Sunrise Raja Lima (Thousand Islands) and the Mollenteng Tree House (Sunrise). In recent years, Nusa Penida tourism has become a favorite traveling destination in Bali. Not surprisingly, many tourists are willing to stand in line if they want to take pictures or selfies. However, it will be different for the landscape photography hobby, because the best time to shoot is between 6 pm and 6 am. So the sunset and sunrise spots have started to be a bit loose.
You don't need to worry, the public facilities in Bali and Nusa Penida are complete. From the village to the city center, it offers all kinds of lodging hotels and other facilities that you can use and stay in while on vacation.

The Magical of Nusa Penida Bali Island
Nusa Penida comes from the two syllables Nusa and Penida. Nusa means island, while penida means priest. Until now, the beauty of Nusa Penida has never faded. Apart from Crystal Bay, Nusa Penida has a number of interesting tourist destinations. Not much different from other tourist attractions in Bali, Nusa Penida is also known to foreign countries. Nusa Penida is also known as a spiritual tourism object in Bali. There are many temples there. There is also a type of temple in Nusa Penida, namely the Kahyangan Temple. There is also the Tirta Temple which functions as water management, the Puseh Temple which is dedicated to worshiping Vishnu.
Kelingking Beach is a tourist icon in Nusa Penida. Visitors can enjoy the beach from above the height. From the height of Kelingking Beach, visitors can see the view of the cliffs of Paluang with its charming beauty. They can also see sunken ships. Banah Beach is located in the Banjar Salak area, Batumadeg Village, Nusa Penida District, Klungkung Regency. After visiting the beach, tourists can continue their journey to Tembeling Springs.dont miss to visit nusa pendia when you come to bali oneday✨

"Kelingking Beach, Everyone’s Favorite
Located on West Nusa Penida Island, Kelingking Beach is one of the favorite tourist destinations that has received the attention of tourists, both local and foreign.
Naturally, this beach does have amazingly beautiful views. Not only does it present a tempting white sandy beach area, but also the vast ocean that can be seen from the cliff top area. The color of the sea is dazzling blue, the big waves roaring in the distance on the beach in the shape of a little finger (which is the origin of the pests), this will add to the exoticism of this place.
No wonder, if you ever visit here, you will definitely be addicted. Even though in general, road access on Kelingking Nusa Penida is still very inadequate for a destination on a famous island like Bali."

❤️Kelingking Beach,Nusa Penida @Bali
It is truly spectacular and definitely worth the journey. Kelingking Beach is one of the most famous spot of Nusa Penida, often featured in advertisements for Bali and Indonesia. Its unique rock formations resemble the backbone of a dinosaur and it's even nicknamed T-Rex Bay on Google Maps.
A trip to Kelingking Beach can last anywhere from 10 minutes, if you are just there to take photos or have an Instagram moment, to over 3 hours, if you are up for the intense hike down (takes about 60 mins to get down to the beach and slightly longer to get back up).
The best time to visit Kelingking Beach is first thing in the morning, or late in the afternoon, to avoid the peak heat of the day. The trek up and down can take over an hour one way, and is in direct view of the sun.
The easiest options getting to Kelingking Secret Point Beach is to hop on a speedboat from Sanur Beach to Nusa Penida Island. And the island, which are accessible via a 40 to 50-minute boat ride. There are some operators that do speed boat transfers from Sanur Beach to Nusa Penida Island and back.
My husband and I just went down to get the experience. But the experience is worth it beyond words. The beautiful view of the blue sea is peaceful and calm. It's worth it even if the muscles and body ache for up to 3 days.
For those who are not fit or energetic enough, it is not recommended to go down because after going down the stairs you have to climb the tall bricks which is really difficult.

Kelingking Beach! A must-visit beach in Bali!
Not only does it have a unique shape, resembling a pinky finger and T-Rex neck as its name suggests, but this beach also boasts fine sand and exotic views. Many people only enjoy the beach from above since reaching the exact location of the beach requires a tremendous effort, making it quite challenging and exhausting. However, once you've made it down, you will experience the beauty of one of the best beaches in the world in 2023.
To get here, you need to cross over to Nusa Penida from Bali first. Then, you can reach Kelingking Beach by motorcycle or car. There are numerous photo spots on this beach, from the top, climbing up trees, to descending the stairs towards the beach. You can see them in the photos I shared. Moreover, there is no entrance fee to this beach, only a parking fee for vehicles. However, visitors are prohibited from swimming at this beach due to its strong currents, which can be dangerous.

Kelingking Beach 🤍
Kelingking beach, also known as T-Rex Bay, is one of the most famous spots in Nusa Penida.
The beach is surrounded by steep cliffs with stunning turquoise blue water and white sand. The views are incredibly amazing, absolutely breathtaking!
There are many people going there to take pictures at the viewpoint but only a few of them are able to descend the narrow path to the beach, which it is totally worthy.
Once you get to the beach I don’t recommend swimming there, it is not safe at all due to the strong current and tides, but you can enjoy the nice views!

Kelingking Beach is an absolute gem on Nusa Penida Island! The stunning view of the beach and the ocean from the top is simply breathtaking. However, the hike down to the beach is quite steep and can be a bit challenging, so make sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring plenty of water. Once you make it down to the beach, you'll be rewarded with crystal-clear waters and soft white sand. This is definitely a must-visit spot for anyone traveling to Nusa Penida!

Beachin' Vibe in Bali
#bali
The beaches in Bali, Indonesia are absolutely stunning! We got to Kelingking Beach. We booked our tours ahead and we were brought to this place. We arrived via scooter. You can go down the rocks or cliff if you want which may take around 20-25 minutes per way, depending on your stamina. For those who are not used to climbing, it may take you about 40 minutes to an hour per way. This is famous for its T-Rex form, in fact, it is called the sleeping T-Rex. There are monkeys hanging around the area too.
If you plan to visit this place, be sure to book your tours prior to 10 in the morning before everyone else arrives also or before the place gets a little bit crowded.

Bali's T-Rex Cliff Hike 🏝️🦖
#bali
Kelingking Beach, or known as T-Rex Cliff, is an oddly-shaped, jutting out into the vast ocean, dramatic cliffs. It's highly recommended to try to hike up and down it when in Bali!
Kelingking Beach is located on one of Bali's small islands, Nusa Penida. It's a 30 minute boat ride from Sanur Harbour, is 100% worth it! The view from the top is magnificent and it feels surreal - one feels like such a tiny creature as compared to the never-ending blue ocean. The beach at the bottom also makes for a great Instagram backdrop, and the local drivers are more than happy to help snap some photos. Only people with moderate fitness levels and above should attempt the hike down, as the steps are steep and winding (400m), and a one-way trip takes at least 30 to 45 minutes. Be prepared to be sweating buckets by the time you reach the water, but the sand is pristine and beach is secluded!
Tips for visiting Kelingking Beach:
1. Wear comfortable walking shoes.
2. Be there early to avoid crowds waiting to take pictures on a narrow staircase.

Most Beautiful place on earth?
Simply breathtaking! This cliff above kelinking Beach is simply stunning! It was my first time traveling to Nusa Penida Island and this is the first place I visited. I couldn’t believe my eyes as I stood on top of the cliff and witnessed the beauty of nature.
There’s an option to go down the cliff and enjoy the gorgeous beach if you’re up for it, not an easy climb up though.
Could it be named as most beautiful place on earth? I definitely think it’s a contender.
Be sure to check it out if you happen to travel to Nusa Penida Island 🏝️
Ps: It’s super convenient to rent your own motorbike and travel through the Island hassle free.

Have you ever been to Bali?
This is probably one if the most popular spots in the world due to the huge amount of people posting pictures at that spot. For sure this beach deserves this popularity. This rock formation is often interpreted as the Dragon watching the island. We took the boat from Bali for 1 hour to get to Nusa Penida main pier. From there we rented a scooter to drive around the island. It takes around 40 minutes to get to this spot. Do not underestimate the way from the viewpoint at the top to the beach since the steps are really steep and many people are walking up and down in the heat

Beautiful but Super Crowded at The Top
During the west side tour of Nusa Penida, we made a stop at the famous Kelingking Beach. The water was definitely picturesque and super clean.
We enjoyed how pretty the view was. There were food and gear stalls all lined up along the path to the site. We decided to get some ice cream for the long walk. There were barely any shade but when the breeze hits you it feels uplifting.
We didn"t know that you had to climb/scale down the side of the mountain to get to the beach just like Diamond beach. We decided not to go down.
Tip: avoid the overlook photos. People come mainly for the shots and they make long ques to snap a few photos that really didn't come out well 🙃. People cut each other and cry about it. Instead, walk down a bit further and you'll find better views of the cliff.

The famous T-Rex beach
This is the most famous spot in Nusa penida island, its view point looks like the head of T Rex and the scene is definitely breathtaking. But... it took us more than an hour driving on super bumpy road to get there. Here's the suggestion to people who are planning to go - better get a car instead of scooter as the road is really bad. #nusapenida #kelingkingbeach #bali

Absolutely stunning!!!!
one of the most beaches I’ve seen so far in Bali. Nusa penida is the small island that close to Bali. it took us around 45 minutes by ferry from Bali to nusa penida. this place was our first destination, packed with tourists, and the way descend to the beach was not that easy. we decided not to go down, however, it is definitely recommended to wear sneakers to climb down. the view is absolutely gorgeous, its worth the drive and the walk.
there are few places you are able to take pictures, you can also come with a local guide who will tell you where to stand, how to pose and etc. we didn’t hire a local guide, but we asked some other guides to take pictures for us.
if you don’t have enough time in nusa penida, please make sure to come to check out this beach #passionpassport #staycation #gooutside #beach#summer #bali#indonesia#backpack

KELINGKING BEACH : NUSA PENIDA
The name Kelingking Beach seems to be foreign to our society and is not widely known even though this place has a very amazing beauty. If anyone doesn't know where Kelingking Beach is, the answer is in 3 Nusa Dua areas, Bali. Mahsanda
The icon of Nusa Penida
The most popular icon in Nusa Penida. Amazing and gorgeous beach. An awesome place to visit. Make sure you are visiting before 9.30 AM to escape sunlight. You should go down carefully to reach the beach. Prepare your mentality and stamina to reach it. Also be careful with wild monkeys, sometimes they can stole your stuff. Do not bring food or the monkey will take it. If you bring your phone always keep with you.
Sunset hunter must visit here! That T-Rex head shaped land from up above looks scary but it's actually beautiful scenery tho! Please take your rubbish with you, don't leave it down!
