We stayed at the newly opened Yagulin Ka, which had nice rooms and hot springs, although the breakfast could be more varied. 🚙 In terms of transportation, it takes about a 4-hour drive from Chengdu to reach Zhonggu Village. Self-driving or chartering a car is the main way to get there, with picturesque scenery along the way, making it perfect for a road trip. 💫 Additionally, Zhonggu Village is an excellent spot for stargazing. The wild hot spring is so beautiful. The hot spring is right by the road. Although this is not Japan, it really feels like a Japanese hot spring. There are two pools and one infinity pool, all natural outdoor hot springs in winter♨️ The wild hot spring is a perfect match for winter and hiking. You can relax in the hot spring the day before hiking at Wild Horse Lake. Soaking in the hot spring and enjoying the good times, I feel so happy.

The experience is so great, and my happiness level skyrocketed. I highly recommend you to come to the hot spring in winter♨️ I only soaked in the hot spring and didn't stay overnight. You can refer to this.

There are 5 pools in total. You must go to the wild hot spring below. The temperature is just right and warm, not too hot. The sulfur hot spring is acceptable. 😐 Friends, please bring some snacks, okay? Haha, eating snacks while soaking in the hot spring♨️ is so great.

Kangding Wild Hot Spring, drive 4 hours from Chengdu West Gate to Kangding Zhonggu Village Wild Hot Spring. I have stayed in Kangding several times. This time I chose a hot spring hotel without any research. I didn't expect the overall experience to be so good! The hotel is pet-friendly. Everyone loves dogs. We met two Border Collies and a Golden Retriever on the day we checked in. ♨️The hot spring is open 24 hours a day. You can go there anytime after checking in without worrying about the time. There are several hot spring pools, including a large pool similar to a swimming pool, and several small pools near the river. Although it is considered a semi-"wild" hot spring, the water in the pool is constantly changing, so it is still very clean. Moreover, the pool faces the snow-capped mountains in the distance 🏔️ and the colorful forests and rivers nearby 🍁. Don't enjoy soaking in the hot springs and looking at the scenery too much The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is run by a guy from Chongqing. The boiled yak beef they make tastes very authentic and the portion is very large (a rare Chinese meal on the road to western Sichuan that didn’t disappoint, I was touched 😭😭). You can also spend 50 to ask the hotel owner to help you make a big pot of butter tea. It is a really big pot. Two people drank less than half of it and finally shared it with another family there. However, I have to mention that the hotel does not have an elevator. If you live on the third or fourth floor, it will be a bit difficult to move if you have a lot of luggage. On weekends, the parking space at the door It will be more stressful and you may need to move the car, but overall the cost performance is still very high!
