Best matcha & hojicha swiss roll, ever

I tried Kakiyuki’s Swiss roll many years back, and ever since I was turned a loyal customer.
The texture was soft, light, and perfectly fluffy, with just the right amount of moisture. The cream filling was not only smooth and not overly sweet, but extremely strong with the tea character. The stellar complement here is the Kinako powder, which add a very nice roasty flavor and grainy texture to the whole thing.
I love both the matcha and hojicha flavor, tho I would argue matcha one has more layers of flavor (coz hojicha and kinako both have roasty element)
