Kai Tak has become a new trendy hotspot, so we made an appointment with friends to go shopping and visit this long-cherished Pizza shop. The restaurant is bright and comfortable. We came early, so there were not too many people. Most of the waiters are foreigners, and when ordering, it feels like you are in a foreign country, which is a special feeling. We ordered the Korean BBQ Chicago pizza for HK$223, which consists of double mozzarella cheese, mozzarella sticks, beef short ribs, spicy sausage, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, icing sugar, Italian parsley and Maru special tomato sauce. After cutting it open, I was attracted by the stringy cheese. The rich meaty flavor of the beef short ribs and the large amount of cheese complement each other well without being too greasy. The HK$198 Douhun Seafood Spicy Noodle Roll contains onions, king oyster mushrooms, oysters, fresh shrimps, Italian parsley and green onions.
