The Kadriau Garden is a baroque garden palace complex built for Tsar Peter I in 1718, and was one of the summer palaces of the Tsar at that time. Today it is a relaxing place for all ages in Tallinn. During spring and summer, visitors can find manicured gardens and flowerbeds here, but most of the park retains natural features such as meadows and forests. There is also a unique Japanese garden designed by MasaoSone, a famous Japanese landscape architect.
