Jypsy which is located at One Fullerton is a contemporary Japanese restaurant. With its outdoor seating, you get to enjoy your food with a stunning harbour view. Try to plan your dinner time to coincide with the MBS watershow. The view of MBS, the harbour, the watershow and the light display is spectacular. The menu at Jypsy is sure to please any palate. They provide a wide range of dishes to choose from. We start off our meal with beef and garlic tsukune stick. Beef was so tender paired with an amazing sauce. We then had spicy lobster roll which have a very unique flavour. We shared 2 mains. Takoyaki lovers will love the Ika pizza. It was packed with calamari and the bread crust was soft. The prawn and unagi aglo olio was flavourful. The prawn was fresh and the unagi just melt in our mouth. We paid abt SGD100 per person for all the food with three drinks. A nice cafe to chill yourself with good food and good view! Their outdoor night view is superb just right opposite to Marina Bay Sands. Do remember to make reservation before you visit, they are always full house. After dinner you may take a walk along the bay and the Merlion is just few steps away.
