It's hard not to love a high-rise hotel like this||We stayed in a panoramic room, which is a corner room. The hotel has a quality feel, generous welcome gifts, and a separate hand basin in the bathroom. Although the room is only 42㎡, the unobstructed view from the window is impressive! The lounge is also a highlight, with its large space, good service, and decent food... However, the buffet restaurant's breakfast is quite average, crowded, and they don't seat you. During the meal, they don't even proactively clear the plates, but the ice cream gets a thumbs up! The swimming pool is aesthetically pleasing, and the changing room even has a round jacuzzi, with loungers provided for resting nearby. Apart from breakfast, there's nothing much to complain about. The hotel offers great value for money and comes recommended.

The best way to recharge is to stay in a hotel alone. I chose the JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an for a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, as you can't expect Xi'an to be devoid of crowds! I was basically satisfied with the room, the automatic sensor toilet, and the shower and washbasin were all good. The meals were nice, with the executive lounge's main dishes for the evening including potato stewed ribs, red wine braised beef, and I chose Long Island Iced Tea for the drink, all without any issues. Breakfast goes without saying, it's the standard of a five-star hotel, I recommend the roujiamo, water basin mutton, and cucumber juice😃

#hotelreview Was excited to try this one-year old property for my inaugural visit to this city! 🍀 Couldn’t find detailed reviews of this spot but trusting the brand to deliver the standards worked out well enough with some bumps👌 The property offers a slice of atas hotel heaven in the area and a double upgrade to the Panoramic King room upon request was a great start - the room is a gorgeous space for 1pax and the hardware was indeed JW standards 🏨 The software is a mixed bag though- while the airport pickup, concierge and front desk were great, the service at the Executive Lounge was not very good for a JW - there was no real “warm service element” from the youthful team who mostly appeared listless and off-handish during my stay. They gave a sense of being more perfunctory than service but okay la, young team maybe inexperienced? ❓ Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of local flavors which I really liked 🐷 But i was disappointed with the spa’s wet facilities - the jacuzzi and steam room barley made a blip: no massaging bubbles not enough steam. Why fix in such subpar facilities leh? 🥲
