Whether you want to go to Hongyadong to see the night view or check in at other attractions, it is easy to get there🚇 ✅Hotel exterior and lobby The appearance is very grand. As soon as you walk into the lobby, the high space, exquisite chandeliers, and decorative elements with Chongqing characteristics instantly make your eyes light up. It feels very grand and stylish. ✅Room facilities The room is spacious and clean, the bed is super comfortable, and I had a great sleep. My second stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Chongqing was just as amazing as the first! I first stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Chongqing eight or nine years ago on my first trip to Chongqing. Returning to this mountain city, I didn't hesitate to choose it again. The hotel is ideally located in the Jiefangbei business district. When I arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., the receptionist kindly informed me that the room on the 22nd floor wasn't ready yet. Since I needed to change for an event in the afternoon, she helped me switch to a room on the 28th floor. Although it wasn't a suite, the space was more than enough, and the room was impeccably maintained. 🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness was excellent, and the soundproofing was satisfactory, ensuring a comfortable stay. 🏘️Room Type/Layout: My king-size bed room was very spacious, and the bathroom was particularly large. I heard that the hotel was originally planned to be a Shangri-La Hotel but later changed brands, so the overall decor has a distinct Shangri-La feel, which is quite unique. 🛌Amenities/Facilities: The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities and facilities. While the breakfast in the lounge was relatively simple, the selection in the first-floor restaurant was much more extensive, catering to diverse preferences. 💗Other tips: The JW Marriott Hotel Chongqing is located in Jiefangbei but cleverly avoids the busiest central area, offering both tranquility and easy walking access to Jiefangbei and Linjiangmen. The area downstairs is full of local life, with many Chongqing noodle shops and the renovated Luzumiao neighborhood, where the Starbucks building has a captivating design. The former site of Xinhua Daily is just opposite the hotel, adding a touch of history. Note that this hotel is different from the Marriott Executive Apartments in Jiefangbei and the new Marriott Hotel in Nan'an.
