You could check the availability of the laundry and restaurant on the TV. JR East Hotel Mets Sapporo A value-for-money hotel just 3 minutes walk from Sapporo Station! I was traveling with my mom, so I looked for a place as close to the station as possible. The location was great, and it was famous for being a cost-effective accommodation, so I had high expectations. The interior was spacious, which was a plus! You have to do self check-in/check-out using a machine, but it supports Korean, so it's convenient. The lobby has a structure where you can take as many amenities as you want, which made me even more satisfied! The view wasn't great, but since it was near the station, it was a good place to stay for the Biei tour the next day. Highly recommended!
