Jomsom is in Mustang area. it is high up in the Himalayan mt. The air is fresh and far away from pollution in a big city. If u have a chance to visit Kathmandu, you can take a bus to Jomsom. it might take you 6 hours. I can guarantee that you will see the beautiful mountain view. People here are also very nice. It will definitely worth your time and effort.
