I haven't tried this duration, but it is the recommendation from local bus drivers, and it indeed looks more direct on the map, avoiding backtracking and possibly saving some time. 🏠Regarding accommodation, there are two options. Option 1️⃣ You can stay on the mountain, where there are many small guesthouses, making it easier to climb the mountain the next day. Option 2️⃣ Stay at Siqian Village at the foot of the mountain, where I recommend a guesthouse‼️ It's operated by locals, the owners are very friendly and enthusiastic, the room environment is also quite good, and the key point is‼️ you can also dine in the guesthouse, and the food prepared by the lady boss is so delicious, fried potatoes p6 are a must-order for us every time, this time we also had sea bass p7 (the dipping sauce for the sea bass is superb p8‼️), boiled rice noodles p9 are all delicious, no disappointments, and reasonably priced. The next day, the owner will use their own car to take us up the mountain close to the sightseeing bus station, so no worries there. ⛰️Regarding climbing the mountain Option 1️⃣ Sightseeing bus🚌-Cable car🚡-Walk a short distance to reach the Golden Summit Temple (mountaintop), both ways are possible.
