My favorite park in Shanghai
Today, I visited Jinqiao Park and was truly amazed by the beauty and peaceful atmosphere.
This area was so spacious and felt like an escape into a fairytale which was amazing since just outside the walls are busy streets and buildings.
The sense of community here made the visit extra special. Throughout my walk I saw families spending time together and playing games, children running and catching butterflies, groups of adults conversing, and people smiling as they passed each other. It was such a sweet environment. The beauty of the park was unmatched and the flowers blooming were truly stunning. I highly recommend this park for an afternoon walk or picnic with friends!

Jinqiao Park, also has a "Rose Wall", 5
Jinqiao Park also has a "Rose Wall", which is said to be popular online and somewhat famous.
Today I went to Century Park to see the "Rose Wall" there, and when I came back I took the subway line 9 and had to transfer at "Lantian Road Station", so I simply went one more station to "Taierzhuang Road Station", and walked for 2 minutes to Jinqiao Park.
Sure enough, I also saw the "Rose Wall" of Jinqiao Park, which is actually the fence of the entire park. The entire flower wall is very long, and it is the blooming season, so it looks quite spectacular. This is also a major feature of Jinqiao Park.
It is said that Jinqiao Park also has roses, but I only saw a dozen or so at the Wisteria Corridor, and only a dozen or so flowers. Jinqiao Park has such a small area, and I couldn't find any more. I remember there was a "Rose Flower Viewing Map", and Jinqiao Park was also on the recommended list, so I thought there would also be a "Rose Garden" like a general park. I think, either the Wisteria Corridor is considered the "Rose Garden" of Jinqiao Park, or the flower viewing map refers to that "Rose Wall".
This is my second time entering Jinqiao Park.
Both are "Rose Walls", if compared, I still prefer the one in Century Park.

Pudong Jinqiao Park, the backyard of nearby residents, 30.
Jinqiao Park, according to the information, was opened in 2000. As a local resident of Jinqiao, I visited the park for the first time today.
For the sake of wisteria. A netizen recommended that there is also a beautiful wisteria corridor in Jinqiao Park. Probably the day before yesterday or yesterday, I saw the picture of the Jiading Wisteria Garden introduced on TV. The wisteria there was still flourishing, so I thought of going to Jinqiao Park. Unexpectedly, I missed the flowering period again. Almost all the wisteria flowers in Jinqiao Park have fallen off, probably due to the variety.
Originally, I was thinking that Jiading is too far away, and I have to make an appointment, and there is a daily limit. At least Jinqiao Park is very close.
Fortunately, people are not forever young, but flowers will bloom again.
Jinqiao Park is located here on Taierzhuang Road and Pingdu Road, with a superior location as the backyard of nearby residents. It is a great place for walking, exercising, singing, playing cards and chess, and enjoying performances.
It seems unnecessary to deliberately experience it, as it is just an ordinary community park.

Faluda !
Living in the downtown always feel that rush taking over you, but Shanghai has other face too. A quite laid back and big area called Pudong 😃. Moreover you can find some good restaurants there too. Decorated more of a Chinese style, it also had options for Western cuisine 🥘 fans like me. Located around Jinqiao, I would say it is more of a mix of everything. Because we had 🥪 Avocado mashed topping bread, and then Middle east style Faluda and later some Tibetan style Yak cheese with salt. That's the beauty of Shanghai in every nook and corner you find a gem. #solstice
