The Dahebao flower fields is a vast area of land that is littered with gorgeous flowers of different colours, shapes and sizes. Upon entering, it’s simply breathtaking as you’re immediately captivated by the colourful flower fields. It’s best to go in spring so that you can see and take photos amongst the flora in full bloom. Getting There - You can get there and back with a DiDi. It’s approximately a 30 minute drive away from the Liupanshui (Zhongshan district) city Hotels - There is a hotel overlooking the flower fields and you can stay the night if you want to. Food & Restaurants - When I went, I did see a restaurant however it wasn’t opened at the time. The food tastes as great as the place looks. * Address – South Ring Road, 59 Liangdu Palace * Ambiance/Facilities – Flower Bar is one of the few western restaurants in this city. The food is delicious, and I would recommend their steaks. It is a spacious indoor/outdoor venue that looks its best during the day. The outside patio is light and airy and the inside is classic and plush that also has a bar. * Highlights – The venue itself is a highlight. It’s a great place to take photos at. *Avg. Minghu Lake National Wetland Park is situated next to the university. It is a nice place to go for a stroll at or go for a picnic on the grass banks in the afternoon. The best seasons to visit this place is during summer and spring. * Getting There - We took a DiDi to our destination and back again. There are also metered cabs and available. There are many different entrances to the Wetland Park all of which lead to the yellow bridges the cross over the lake. * Attractions - There are many attractions at this park. You can visit the university and take photos outside the building as it has a unique architectural style. One of the best places to watch the sunset in Liupanshui: Fodingshan Temple 🌄Follow the route map, it takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to climb to the top of the mountain. ⚠️There are stairs and slopes to choose from. I chose to climb the stairs up the mountain and return the same way when going down. ❤️Friendly reminder❤️: Remember to bring water and some snacks to eat when you are hungry. Although climbing is tiring, the sunset is really beautiful. Looking at the world with intoxicated eyes, everything is gentle. If you have the chance, take your beloved girl to watch the sunset.

These patterns are not just decorations but also historical codes of the Yi lunar calendar and fire-farming culture. When sunlight shines, the shadows cast by the red pillars interweave into a flowing totem, making one feel as if they are at the scene of an ancient sacrificial ceremony. II.
