The main structure includes a guest room building, a convention and exhibition center, and Shandong Hall. The guest room building adopts an internal patio structure, with a lobby 98 meters high and an area of 1,980 square meters. Shandong Hotel has the largest comprehensive conference center in Shandong Province, which is magnificent and well-equipped. It has 29 conference halls of different specifications and an exhibition corridor with a height of 10 meters and can accommodate more than 100 booths. It is an ideal choice for holding various conferences, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and performances.

It was a pleasant surprise. The experience was great from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff were attentive and the room service staff even gave my child a small gift. No wonder Shandong Mansion is known for its great value. I really like it! The capsule elevator is like a time machine. The room was bright and had a good view. It was very clean and spacious. You can see swans from downstairs. We had a buffet dinner at the hotel. There were many options. My favorite was the Shandong noodles. All the fillings were delicious. You can also watch the swans outside the window. This is what a romantic slow-paced life is like. My child ordered room service in the evening. The food was good. In short, Shandong Mansion is great value for money. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

The hotel design is fantastic! As soon as you enter the hotel, the design's layering and architectural structure are astonishing, showcasing the strength of the design team. It's also a great spot for sisters who like to take photos, with the capsule elevator, spiral staircase, and other areas being very photogenic. Once you enter the room and walk to the window, you can see 'The Root of Jinan', as well as black and white swans in the lake . Kid-friendly! I brought children to Jinan this time, and the stamp collection in the lobby is very attractive to them, haha, the fun of stamping. The swimming pool on the third floor is also suitable for children, and cute little slippers for kids are provided upon check-in. Thoughtful service! After checking in, the staff will provide a hand-drawn map of Jinan's tourist routes, which is very clear at a glance. They will inform you of the floors where the swimming pool, gym, and sauna are located. You can contact the staff at any time with the push of a button in the room, which is very convenient. Full sense of security. The elevator requires a room card to access specific floors, and there is a video doorbell in the room. The railings at the corners of the floors are all tightly wrapped to prevent collisions.

Stayed at the Shandong Hotel in late October 2023, and around Spring Festival in February 2024. It was a home away from home experience. There are doormen at the entrance of the hotel to sincerely welcome a guest, help with luggage, kindly help an elderly person to push the wheelchair. A room is cleaned as soon as a guest is out of it. No matter it is buffet or a la carte, dishes are abundant and delicious. Dinning environment is spacious and elegant. Service is thoughtful and warm. Especially when staying during the 2024 Spring Festival, the buffet for breakfast and dinner is prepared thoughtfully. The hotel provided dumplings, other special food, and special festival events. After breakfast, the cafeteria managers and service team warmly prepared an additional food box, yogurt and fruit for guests, not only for the guests' convenience, saving their time on the trip, providing quality service, but also demonstrating the enthusiasm, forthrightness and generosity of Shandong Hotel team, and even the sincere people in Shandong in China!
