🚇Take Shanghai Metro Line 11 to Jiading North Station. Transfer to Jiading Bus No. 1 or Jiading Bus No. 10 and get off at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Station. Many buses pass through this station. The attractions are within walking distance.

Located at No. 215, Bole Road, Jiading District, this local comprehensive museum features a two-story (partially three-story) design with two gardens. It houses a rich collection of cultural relics and has several permanent exhibitions, including the Jiading History Exhibition, the Collection Exhibition, and the Imperial Examination Exhibition. These exhibitions provide a comprehensive overview of Jiading's 800-year history and offer a glimpse into its rich culture.

One of the five classical gardens in Shanghai, Qiuxia Garden was built during the Ming Dynasty. The garden is full of lush vegetation, picturesque scenery, pavilions, terraces, and winding paths. There is a 500-year-old red maple tree, making it the perfect spot for viewing autumn leaves in November and December. There is also an ancient ginkgo tree. The Jiading City God Temple, an important Taoist temple in the Jiading area, is located within the garden.

Jiading Zhouqiao is the root of Jiading! Along with Songjiang, Nanxiang, and Zhujiajiao, Jiading Ancient Town is listed as one of the first four historical and cultural towns in Shanghai. It retains ancient houses from the Ming and Qing dynasties, with canals and waterways showcasing the charming Jiangnan water town style. It gets very lively in the evening. Inside Fahua Tower, there is a memorial room dedicated to diplomat Gu Weijun, where you can learn about his story.
✅Jiading Confucian Temple & Huilongtan Park

Jiading Confucian Temple and Huilongtan Park are separated by the Hengli River. Huilongtan Park, meaning "Five Dragons Playing with a Pearl," is named after the five streams that converge here. The park offers beautiful and elegant scenery and is also a branch venue for the Shanghai Chrysanthemum Exhibition.
Jiading Confucian Temple, built during the Southern Song Dynasty, is the largest ancient architectural complex in northwest Shanghai. People come here to pray for academic success and good luck in exams.
