Ittha Boutique Cafe in Bangkok: Coffee time in an industrial style
#Bangkok Food Guide
In Bangkok, there is a coffee shop that is like a paradise hidden in the bustling city. It is Ittha Boutique Cafe. It is located next to Punnawithi BTS station in Bangkok, not far from Nana, but the location is relatively remote and a bit difficult to find. Even the driver may take the wrong road.
The coffee shop's facade is very special, with two big "88" house numbers, as if hinting at the mysterious world behind the door. The whole building is grayish white with an old "wrinkled" appearance. The door frame is a wood carving design and is dotted with green plants on both sides, creating a quaint yet vibrant atmosphere. There are two steps in front of the door with English words written on them, which together mean "Life is good when you're here", which makes people feel good.
As you walk into the room, the coffee bar comes into view. It is made of brass-colored stainless steel. The ice drip device is clearly visible and is specifically used for making coffee. In the sunken space on the right, there is a long table that can accommodate about ten people. There are three sculptures on the table, adding an artistic atmosphere. The entire space is open and bright, with a spiral staircase covered with flowers and vines, as beautiful as a work of art, leading up to the second floor.
The outdoor space is equally charming. The ground is covered with white sand and is surrounded by green plants of varying heights. The combination of wooden rattan chairs and long tables with wooden patterns creates a beach vacation feeling. If the sun is shining, the photo effects will be even better.
In terms of the coffee shop's products, the coffee is good, the latte art is beautiful, and the blending of milk and coffee is acceptable; the affogato is paired with vanilla ice cream, and the fat from the melted ice cream is mixed with the espresso, which tastes very good and is worth recommending. However, the food was average. For example, the salmon steak was a bit salty and it was recommended to eat it with dipping sauce.
In short, Ittha Boutique Cafe is a great place to take photos and check in. If you are a coffee lover or a tourist looking for a unique experience, you might as well give it a try.
