Ion Orchard is also at the cross junction road at the beginning of Orchard road ERP system. So you can take some interesting photos here together with the interesting roof shelter of Ion Orchard. This cross junction does not allow road crossing so you will have to go underground. Another way is that you can go over towards Isetan and take photos towards Ion Orchard.

It is an open area concept with nice flower decors here and there. Although their food is a little expensive, they are delicious. The noodles are cooked to Al Dante and I the chilli crab sauce has lots of crab meat in it. It would’ve been nicer if it’s made spicier. 😋 Their fries are the thick kind and it’s crispy on the outside and packed with potato, not like those that are airy on the inside. I loved it. All in all, it is a great cafe to dine in.

#singapore A well hidden cafe in Ion Orchard, Surrey Hills Grocer is located on Level 5 which is easily accessible from the carpark. Before you see the café, you will walk past the grocery shop that sells a wide range of fresh produce imported from Australia. The ambience of the cafe is very nice. Very pretty shop in the corner and even the view outside the shop overlooks orchard road! The shop is quite crowded and would be good to make a booking before coming. I managed to get bar seats cos I walked in. Food was good, say 4/5 rating. Ordered the mushroom toast and coffee. Portion and taste was above average and they did not skimp on the ingredients. The ambience was very nice with all the greenery and neon lighting fixtures. Only gripe was that the bartender splashed some water onto me when washing some dishes near me and didn’t even notice. One of the best tea brands I have tried is TWG. This shop is located in ION Orchard. You can buy different tea flavours in such wide range of variety from calming to fun tasting flavours! There is always a queue outside of bacha coffee at Ion orchard level one and it is not difficult to understand why. Bacha coffee is a classy and posh looking coffee place for someone who wants to have a different coffee experience. There are a few outlets of bacha coffee in Singapore but the one I always go to, is my favourite Ion Orchard outlet. Bacha coffee has many different kinds and you can choose what are the blends that you want. The clotted cream is served in a mini jar and you get to stir it in your coffee. It's pure bliss, because the cream and coffee pairs so well! Their pastries are lovely. The differnt flavoured crossiants are the best! Service standards from the staff are excellent and you feel spoilt by them. Bacha's cafe interiors also transport you to another country, somehow you feel like you're in Morocco. Go to Bacha today and experience it yourself. You will love it! Their coffee and pastries is really the best. #afternoontea

Currently Orchard Ion is decorated with wonderful and luxurious Christmas lights. Many people gathered to take photos and visit the mall for food, shopping with friends and family. It is well connected to Orchard MRT, both North South line and Thomson East Coast line. Be prepared to queue especially for food places during peak hours. Otherwise, shop first and then have your meals at off peak hours.

If you go to Singapore, I think Singaporean Bacha Coffee is one of the must-buy souvenirs, but since Bacha Coffee and TWG are famous in this country, I always buy it when I go to Singapore!! (It’s expensive if you buy it in Korea….) But I didn’t buy it at ION Mall, but at the duty free shop! If you see Singaporean Bacha Coffee, you absolutely have to buy it…!!!! It’s pretty to give as a gift and tastes good… When we went to Singapore, we had a local friend who worked at ION Mall, so we often went there, and we couldn’t forget the taste of the croissants and coffee, so we went from Malaysia to Singapore once a month to enjoy Bacha Coffee. And here’s a tip: You can only eat inside the store at ION Mall in Singapore! There are many stores, but the ONLY ION store is where you can enjoy coffee and dessert inside the store!!! The waiting line during the day is really long, so you might get tired… I went during the day and in the evening, but I recommend going in the evening, and we went a little after 8? I went there and got in right away without waiting. For those who don't like waiting, I strongly recommend you to avoid going during the day!!! Oh, and! Do you know that Singapore is famous for kaya jam? Kaya croissants are,,, really delicious no matter how much you eat them... Please! Please! Please! You must order the kaya croissants!!!!!!!!! You'll fall in love with it... They also serve cream in the coffee, so try adding cream and try adding pretty sugar!! It was a place that really made me feel worth going. Average price per person: 20 Singapore dollars for two desserts / Coffee comes in a pot, so if you go with several people, I recommend ordering two kinds of coffee and sharing!! It costs about 36-40 Singapore dollars per pot! Rating: 9/10 (It's a little expensive when you go alone or with two people, but it feels like a good value for money when you go with several people(?))

The food court is clean and nicely decorated and you can sit at any table as you wish. There is no need to worry about touting.
