[2025 Singapore Restaurant] Travel Guide for iO Italian Osteria (Updated May)

We went there on a Wednesday night with reservation a week in advance. (Walk-In can be risky as it's usually filled). Place is well-known for their “Folds”, so ordered a Sauteed Mushroom, Comte Cheese & Sunny Side Up’s Galettes (Its good) and another Impossible Bolognese, Egg Sunny Side Up, Tomato Chutney & Parmesan Galettes (Awesome!), so we ordered a 3rd Yellow Curry Galettes recommended by one of their staff (Good). However their Crepes was a let down as its too soggy for my liking. The overall place is cosy and the service staff are friendly and attentive, will return to try their other Galettes. #thingstodo If you are looking for something to do in Singapore with your significant other , you can opt for a pretty nice date night with good Italian food at io Italian restaurant. It is one of the nicest Italian food I ever had. I had the special salmon risotto on valentines and it was filled generously and surprisingly super filling and good. The wine and beer were also very tasty. Had the crispy seafood which came with prawns and fish and calamari. Tasty and good. Pistachio tiramisu was a very nice dessert and I loved it! Tasted really delicious. Overall food here is good and will recommend.

If you like Italian food, this is one place you can’t miss out on! iO Italian Osteria is located in Hill View, even though it’s not a very central location, they are always packed! 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮 $𝟵(𝗦) Baked pork belly with wild fennel, basically an angmoh siobak. This is a classic menu item to get when you’re here. The skin is nice and crispy, if you like Chinese siobak, you’ll like this.
