I went to a famous bakery in Daejeon that Koreans say they want to try at least once! I arrived at the bakery around 7:30pm and waited in line for about 30 minutes before entering the store. My goal was the signature dish, "Soboro Bread" (photos 2-3). It's a deep-fried bread made of sweet bean paste covered with cookie dough😳 It was crispy and crunchy, and I ate it all in one go. "Soboro Bread" comes in four flavors: original, sweet potato, chocolate, and chive (not fried), and each one costs 1,700 won (about 180 yen). *Chinese chive is 2,000 won They also have a wide selection of savory breads, sweet breads, and rye breads. Some of the breads are unfamiliar to Japanese people, such as bread with mochi, so be careful not to buy too much🤣 It's about an hour and a half by train south of Seoul. #Travel itinerary 👟 I arrived at Daejeon Station around 1pm and headed straight to the main branch of Seongsimdang! After waiting outside for about 10-20 minutes, I went in and quickly bought just enough to eatㅎㅎ (for lunch) 👟 Hideout Cafe recommended by a friend who lives in Daejeon! Wow, I really recommend the lemon cake here.... The mugwort latte also has vanilla ice cream in it, so it's super filling, rich and delicious! 👟 I took the subway to the outdoor footbath to help with digestion! Wow, this is a spacious footbath that you can use for free, and the facilities are clean and it's also great for recovering from fatigue from moving around all day.. 👟 I ordered 2 servings of kalguksu & a plate of boiled pork at a kalguksu restaurant near the footbath, but the amount of kalguksu was really x100 moreㅜ 👟 Lastly, I went to a place that had a musical fountain to see the night view, but since it was winter, I couldn't see the fountain, so I took pictures at the observatory above it, and it was surprisingly fun to play, so I recommend it:)

#Emotional Accommodation Hotel de Vino, located in downtown Daejeon, was great for a backpacking trip. I checked in to Europe for a while in the middle of the city! There are 10 rooms in total, so it was fun to choose according to your taste. Once you step inside, you can't help but think that you have to get a stamp on every room. Getting There - I joined a day tour to Jangtaesan and nearby attractions from Seoul. You can go by KTX or intercity bus too. You can either choose to stroll or hike depending on your fitness level. Highlights - 1. Metasequoia forest You will get very different colours and landscapes depending on which season you go. Personally recommend autumn as you will be able to see a burst of orange, yellow and red. 2. Forest Skyway and Suspension Bridge It is the best way to admire the stunning beauty of the forest and have a panoramic view. 3.
