All good things must come to an end. See you next time!
||InterContinental Auckland opened not long ago, and I went to experience it during the school holiday. My impression of InterContinental is still stuck in Shanghai Ruijin, and I have my own feelings for IHG. So this is one of the reasons why I chose InterContinental Auckland.
It was only a few weeks from booking to check-in. During this period, the communication with the InterContinental team was very smooth, and the after-sales service was very, very good, and exceeded expectations.
Staycation, stay new, not old, we had a great experience. The room is a premium 2-bed queen. The room has a sea view and you can see the harbor bridge. The room is quite large, about 40 sqm+.
Now most of the new hotels in New Zealand are electronically controlled equipment... As soon as you open the door, you will feel full of technology. The curtains rise slowly, and the sun slowly shines on the bed, and I fell in love with it all at once. There are little thoughts everywhere in the room. It is worth mentioning that there is an umbrella and the bathroom is specially equipped with handles and seats for people with disabilities, which is very user-friendly. The hotel advocates environmental protection, and there are drinking water devices in the corridor to replace bottled mineral water. Capsule coffee machine, Zealong TEA, wine, drinks, tea sets, everything you need. It is worth mentioning that the room was missing a set of toothbrushes, and the reception downstairs was informed, and the delivery was very timely.
The breakfast buffet in the morning is also very good. In addition to the basic bread, cakes, fruits, drinks, breakfast cereals, etc., you can also order hot breakfast. Just like a coffee shop. The taste is very good, and the food is served quickly. There are many choices, both Asian and Western.
All in all, the guest rooms, restaurants, and hotel pre-sales and after-sales services are five-star reviews. Finally, there was a small episode caused by my own missed email. But I was not particularly upset, but I felt the thoughtfulness and warmth of InterContinental. I think this should be the best arrangement.
Finally, as a little girl who grew up in the hotel industry, I think I still have a little say. If you are traveling to Auckland or on a special day, I personally think InterContinental Auckland is worth a five-star recommendation.
Missing may not be a regret, it may be a surprise encounter next time!
