They proactively helped solve issues like delivering items and receiving takeout orders. 🛀 The bathroom amenities are from the Appelles brand. I especially loved the hotel-provided body lotion!! Couldn't find it online but it felt ultra-premium. Nice touches like disposable bath mats were great additions. 🏃 Facilities: Both laundry room and gym are free to use with brand-new equipment. The laundry room even has dryers and fabric softener - plus every room has an iron! The gym machines are new and impressive. 🍞 Breakfast was decent with diverse Chinese/Western options, even featuring German pork knuckle and sausages - an interesting fusion. The Nanchang mixed noodles with claypot soup is soul food, though the noodles weren't as good as local street vendors'. 🗺 Right downstairs are MixC World and Wanda Plaza - bubble tea, snacks, and shopping all in one. About 20min taxi to Tengwang Pavilion, or 10min walk to subway - very convenient transportation. Minor drawbacks: Few complimentary waters (only 2 bottles for double room), long elevator waits during peak hours. But overall great value - definitely worth experiencing!

Nanchang Honggutan Intercity Hotel: A great choice for stress relief during finals week I was under a lot of pressure during finals week, and it happened to be my partner's birthday, so I chose to stay at the newly opened Intercity Hotel in Nanchang and had a great experience. Check-in process I booked a deluxe king room for over CNY 300 and used a room upgrade coupon. After selecting a room on Huazhu Club, I arrived at the hotel front desk, where the staff quickly checked me in and thoughtfully gave me two room cards and a paper breakfast coupon. Breakfast experience As a Gold member, I was entitled to a buffet breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, and the beef with green beans was amazing. Although the restaurant was smaller than expected, it did not affect the dining experience at all. Location The hotel is in a great location, right next to the entrance of MixC World, and is only a few hundred meters from the subway station, making it easy to get around and travel. Facilities The hotel has a laundry room and a gym. The gym is not large, but it is well-equipped. I took a look around, and it is sufficient for simple daily exercise. Room experience The room came with a complimentary bottle of Sprite, a bottle of sparkling water, and a bottle of dark beer. I don't know much about beer, but I could tell that the dark beer tasted better than regular beer. The overall environment and cleanliness of the room were very satisfactory, and the minimalist style made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The soundproofing was good, and although I occasionally heard people talking loudly at the door, it was not a common occurrence. The room was well-equipped with a sofa, bathroom, toilet, and work desk, and also thoughtfully provided an iron and a scale. You need to swipe your card to reach the corresponding floor, which is safe and secure. There is a dedicated elevator for food delivery to the door, and room service uses robots to deliver items, which is very high-tech. Suggestions I had some questions about the room's ventilation. I am not used to heating and prefer to open the windows for ventilation, but I could not find any other ventilation methods besides two small windows, nor did I find a fan button.
