The exterior of the Kyoto main store is in the style of a Kyoto townhouse, but once you enter the store, you'll find a retro feel with a Western atmosphere! I arrived about 20 minutes after it opened, but the first round of customers had already filled the store, and I was able to get a seat before 8:00! There were people there for breakfast, but many people just for coffee, so I was able to get in without having to wait. I think that until around 8:30, they only had customers on the first floor, and when I left, there were customers on the second floor as well, and there was no line outside the store! There were several types of morning menu, but they were all luxurious and voluminous! And of course the coffee was delicious. I went to Inoda Coffee Main Branch in Kamigyo Ward, Kyoto City! The exterior looks like a traditional Japanese townhouse, but once you go inside you'll find the atmosphere of a Western coffee shop. Founded in Kyoto in 1940, Inoda Coffee has the air of a long-established establishment. The main building was full, so I was shown to a seat in the old building. It had a more retro atmosphere than the main building, so I was able to relax and sip my coffee!

Located in the heart of Kyoto, INODA COFFEE has a history of over 80 years. It has greatly promoted the development of Western tea culture in its heyday, and has become a popular spot in the new era, thanks to its own roasted coffee technology and high-quality food. Inoda is a traditional coffee shop in Kyoto that opened in 1940. The rich breakfast set, sandwiches, and French toast are all very popular. The French toast is crispy and sprinkled with a layer of fluffy white sugar, which tastes like Spanish fried dough sticks or Chinese sugar cake. I was staying at a hotel in Karasumaoike, and by chance Inoda Coffee was close to the main store, which I had always wanted to visit, so I got up at 6am and visited at 7am when it opened. When I arrived, the restaurant was not full, but there were four customers waiting ahead of me. I waited about 10 minutes and was lucky enough to be shown to a seat with a good view of the garden. Since I was there anyway, I ordered the Kyoto Morning, and a colorful morning meal was brought out. As I was traveling alone, I felt lonely sitting alone at a table for four, but if you come with friends or family, I'm sure you will have a fun and wonderful morning.
