The Initiation Well is one of the most mysterious wells in the world. It is located in Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra, Portugal. It is said to be used for ritual purposes. As I walked down the stairs, the air started to get cooler and the views both up and down were amazing. If you can I recommend you prioritize visiting the Well of Initiation before enjoying the rest of Quinta da Regaleira.
