This family resort is superb. We went there twice and my kids can't wait to go back! A perfect retreat for families with kids, seeking some relaxing time for adults and exciting time for kids. The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are huge, perfectly clean and well furnished, and perfectly isolated (very silent day and night). Everything in the room is child friendly, with all sort of accessories for babies (cots, cribs, monitors, nappy change) and toddlers. The facilities are awesome: huge soft play, cinema, three pools with all sort of accessories for the kids to play and swim safely, ice-skating, trampolines, pony riding, farm.. One week is not enough to explore everything (this is why we went twice and plan to go back next year). The food is delicious, excellent food for adults, and buffet meals well adapted to kids and loved by our children. The service in the restaurant is excellent as all the rest. The evening activities for adults and kids (magic table, dance in the kinder club, wine tasting, live music..) make it for a perfect end of the day. The hotel is nicely located at only 30 min from Salzburg airport (direct connection to many UK airports) and transport is offered by the hotel.
