This original bowl that resembles a cold bowl is made one by one with care in a dedicated kiln in Arita-cho, Saga Prefecture. It says on the bottom of the bowl, “This one drop is the greatest joy.” The Nakasu main branch has a long wait, so I think it’s a waste of time to eat there. I recommend avoiding meal times or using another branch nearby.

Actually, my accommodation was right in front of the Ichiran main store But when I went in the morning, it said the line was 40 minutes So I went straight to Tenjin.. Maybe because the main store is open 24 hours Everyone gathers at the main store in the morning We went to the Tenjin Nishi-dori store We were there from 10am It definitely didn't seem like there was a line But they were lining up inside too haha Don't be happy right away when you go in There's a line on the stairs..There's no line on the 2nd floor The difference from the main store is that the bowls seem to be shaped like lunch boxes

#fukuokatrip Finally, Ichiran! It's auspicious to be having it from where it was born. Absolutely cool little ramen shop!. Has booths set up as taking an exam to eat at. You can order the Ramen the way you want and any side orders you want from a digital machine with English and you can pay by credit card. Turnover is very quick and even during busy times you can normally get in without too much trouble. Tables were clean, service was great, and the food was absolutely delicious and served very quickly! highly recommend!
