Ichiran Ramen has been a hype and yes, I went to the flagship store in Fukuoka, Japan. Knowing that there will be a long queue, so I decided to go at the odd hour of 2:30pm and the waiting time was about 20mins. I got all the recommended standard type in terms of noodle hardness, green onion, pork, garlic and spice levels. And yes, it didn’t disappoint me. The ramen was really good and I finished it within 10 mins. The staffs were efficient and everything was organized. I had a great ramen experience. Will definitely come back.

Did you know that the famous Ichiran Ramen restaurant has its first branch in Fukuoka? However, this time we did not try the first branch because it was quite far away. However, since Fukuoka is the country of origin, there are many branches in Fukuoka. I recommend everyone to come outside of business hours. This branch is a 24-hour branch. We arrived at around 7 am and there were no people. We could eat it as breakfast. We received it and ticked the portions we wanted. For example, we like hard noodles and no chili.
