We came to ICC PUDU morning market for breakfast. I did my research and saw many bloggers recommending it so I came to check it out. I thought my wife and I would eat at whichever restaurant we wanted. In the end, we chose Ah Fu Yong Dou Fu Rice Noodle Rolls, which had a long queue and a colorful sign.
They basically sell rice rolls with a lot of snacks like oden, Ex: bean curd, tofu, mushrooms, fish balls, fish cakes, spring rolls... When you are in line, just pick up what you want to eat first. When it's your turn, the boss will ask if you want to add rice rolls. Now one portion is 3.2RM (ringgit), and finally choose the dipping sauce (curry sauce/sweet sauce/mixed sauce). We just took eggplant, fish cake, bean curd, okra and rice rolls, a total of 24RM, which is not cheap in Malaysia. The taste of the sauce will cover the food itself, a bit like eating the sauce more than the food. It happened that I chose the mixed sauce, so if there is no mixed part, it will taste a bit strange. Maybe it would be better to choose one sauce~
Overall, the service and food quality are normal, but the price is a bit high. I recommend it to friends who are looking for something new to try. If you want to try rice rolls, it might be better to find other more affordable ones or those that specialize in rice rolls.
