The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured all the amenities one could need. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Dining at The Café was a highlight, with a fantastic selection of dishes that catered to diverse tastes. The location within the City of Dreams complex meant easy access to entertainment and dining options, making it perfect for both relaxation and fun. Very excellent experience! Our room was also upgraded. Special mention to ms. Melody for assisting us in our request and going on extra mile by sending us cake and fruits for our anniversary. To CJay and Chris for accommodating us and assisting us since it is our first time in Hyatt. And to Matt who was very hospitable and very accommodating lifeguard on duty at Nobu, when we stayed on the pool side in the afternoon. Will definitely stay again at COD in the future!
