Lisbon Airport - WOW
#urbanexplorer #tripblazers #airport #airportvibe #lisbon #Portugal
Just landed at Lisbon Airport and we are already impressed by this one.
We passed security within 10 minutes and on the way to the exit and luggage reclaim we came across this food court and duty free shop.
Clean, well stocked, great food options and lots of shopping possibilities. Not a bad start ...

Humberto Delgado Airport is an international airport located 7 kilometers northeast of the city centre of Lisbon. The airport is the main international gateway to Portugal and it was the 16th largest airport in Europe.
Taxi in the airport to town is by fixed price on the chart, Uber is cheaper, you have to find the location to wait for the car, or ask staff nearby, hope they can provide you with the information. Or you are not in a rush, you can take their Metro line to the town in about 20 minutes.

"Lisbon to Porto 🚗 Easy car rental and self-driving tour"
Lisbon and Porto are about 300 kilometers apart. In addition to taking the bus and train, another more flexible option is to drive up😎
——
Renting a car at Lisbon airport, many choices and prices are also popular, this time renting an automatic five-seater, six days with insurance, 130 euros to pay the bill, more affordable than imagined🤩
——
We left on Sunday morning, not many cars on the road, the A1 highway is in good condition, even driving 120km/hr do not feel at all, very smooth 🛣️ When renting a car we recommend renting an automatic payment machine Via Verde, similar to Hong Kong easy to pass
——
The scenery along the way is picturesque, time passes in the blink of an eye😌 However, it is worth mentioning that sitting in the passenger seat will be very sunny, we can save our own lives😂
——
Finally, happy north and south played for six days, before returning the car to fill up the tank, gas station filling mainly self-service form, choose your own type to enter, after entering the shop to tell the shopkeeper which line, payment done 😉

As the gateway to Portugal...
#August Travel Support Event
This is Portela International Airport, the gateway to Portugal.
It's not one of the fancy and fancy airports in Europe, but
it still looks good compared to airports around the world.
Our standards have been raised a lot since we only look at the world-class airports we know.

🇵🇹 LIS to PDL with Azores Airlines
We flew Azores Airlines from Lisbon (LIS) to Ponta Delgada (PDL), the largest city and administrative capital of the Azores, an autonomous region of Portugal located in the North Atlantic Ocean. Azores Airlines is part of the SATA Group which connects the Azores archipelago with various destinations in Europe and North America. The flight from Lisbon to Ponta Delgada took around 2.5 hours, covering a distance of approximately 1450 km. Shortly after takeoff, we were served a snack box and a beverage. There was no in-flight entertainment since it was a short-haul flight. The flight was not crowded, so each of us had a row of three seats to ourselves.

Lisbon Airport Top Portugal Flight Delay
Departed from Lisbon at 16:30, but departed at 19:20. I waited at the gate for over 2 hours before boarding. The reason for the flight delay was 2 crew members are missing!!!! So the captain announced over the intercom that he had to call 2 other people who were at home and come over.
I was really shocked that the flight was delayed due to a lack of crew members, not a defect in the aircraft.

#OverseasTravel How to save money on going to the airport in Lisbon, Portugal
It is best to buy a 48-hour transportation ticket when visiting Lisbon to save money and time. You can take a bus from Plaza Marquis of Pombal to the airport for less than two euros, or you can use a 48-hour transport ticket or a one-day ticket. The third picture shows getting on and off the yellow bus at the airport station. Of course you can also take the subway, depending on where you live.

Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport, Portugal
The airport is small by big city standards but very convenient to get around. It is the only airport in Lisbon so it can be very crowded with people arriving and departing, but the airport is simple in layout and arrival is easy. The bathrooms are spacious and well maintained. The shops in the airport have everything and they are beautifully displayed, the most eye-catching shop is full of colorful tins of sardines. The best thing is that it is well connected to the city with a subway and you can buy a metro card from a vending machine.

🌍✈️ Lisbon Airport: Gateway to the Enchanting City! 🇵🇹💼
#wecreate
Lisbon has one main airport, Humberto Delgado Airport (IATA: LIS). The airport is conveniently located 20 minutes by public transport from the city centre.
Once you land you are spoiled for choice in terms of transportation. From Terminal 1 you can get the Metro or busses that lead straight into the city. The best thing is that these are all part of the metropolitan transport card Viva which we will talk more below.
Taxis are also available however, many Uber drivers simply refused our ride.
