Driving along National Highway 311 from Manzhouli, I reached the end of the grassland and saw the sea!!!
Hulun Lake is so beautiful on a sunny day, with pure blue sky and clear water, cliffs extending into the lake, and reeds of varying heights on the shore. It's like a scene from a movie, and we spent the most time taking photos here.
A few tips:
📍It takes about 1 hour to get here from Manzhouli. You don't have to go to the scenic spot to see Hulun Lake. Just navigate to "Genghis Khan's Horse Stake" for a better view, which is the scenery in the photo.
📍The wind is strong by the lake, so it's recommended to wear a skirt that can flutter in the wind for a sense of atmosphere. You can choose colors such as white, blue, and gray to perfectly blend into the overall tone and look pure; or you can choose high-contrast, high-brightness clothes in red or yellow for a different style.
📍There are many, many agate stones on the grassland near Hulun Lake. Pick up some you like and take them home. Some friends use them as tea tray ornaments, aroma stones, decorations, or small pendants after polishing. The ones we picked up are in the last photo.
📍If you're going to Arxan from Hulun Lake, continue along G331 National Highway. There is a large wetland grassland landscape at the 5000 km road sign, and there are grass rolls on the water. It's very beautiful and you can stop to take photos. (Photos 78910)
