But you should go early, otherwise it'll be difficult to park, and there may be restrictions on the number of visitors allowed in, resulting in long queues. Hailu Island: You can see tons of seagulls even without going to the island. It's like a white ocean, and the photos you take will be amazing! I recommend arriving by 8am to reduce your queuing time. Every day, just go out for a walk and find a place to daydream. Regarding accommodation: You can stay by the sea (both homestays and hotels are available). You can stay in the mountains (this time we chose to stay at the foot of Chishan, waking up to a pastoral life, and going out to an islander life). You can also stay on a small island (the islands here are not commercialized, and the accommodation environment on the islands is generally average).
