#hotelreview love this hotel. Having a 5 star hotel background, service mechanics mean a lot to me. The entire staff is cheerful, attentive, interactive, proactive, and professional. At other hotels I stayed on this trip I experienced disappointments and frustrations as my requests were met with indifference or being directed elsewhere. However at this property every request becomes a mission. The staff works hard to create a positive guest experience and they are good at it. Food quality is excellent. The breakfast buffet goes on forever and has everything you can imagine and more. Nice gym with quality machines and free weights. The gym has a second floor with lots more equipment. Enjoying a cocktail by the side of their huge pool is as good as life gets and a great way to wrap up a vacation.
