#Hotel Park - Sava Hotels & Resorts Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Stay at the lakeside Park Hotel - Sava Hotels & Resorts in Lake Bled
Visiting Slovenia for tourism or a leisure vacation, the beautiful Lake Bled is an experience not to be missed. Lake Bled is less than 4 kilometers away from Bled Jezero Railway Station, so taking the train is a good choice, and staying at a lakeside scenic hotel for at least one night is a must.
Our stay was at the Park Hotel - Sava Hotels & Resorts, right by the lake, a natural oxygen bar. The hotel is quite new, and from many spots around the lake, you can see the hotel (Image 10) (Image 12).
🛌 The lake view twin room we stayed in had a balcony from which you could see the lake, the church, and the castle on the hilltop 🏰, offering a great view. (Image 1) (Image 2)
The beds were very comfortable, the linens were not starched, eco-friendly and soft. Two room cards were provided, with free WiFi available, and there was a wireless phone charger on the desk, very convenient. Glass bottled pure water and an electric kettle were provided for free.
🚿 The bath towels and face towels were clean, with bathrobes and disposable slippers available for free use. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, the hot water was warm and the drainage was smooth, and there was heating, which could be used to dry clothes.
🏨 The hotel lobby had a creative design, with wooden lines radiating from a UFO-shaped top, which was quite impactful. (Image 5) (Image 9)
The lobby offered unlimited free pure water for drinking and self-bottling. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, offering services in multiple languages including English (no Chinese), and besides room cards, they also gave us a tourist map and cookies, which was very thoughtful ❤️
There were three elevators, and robots delivered takeout and ordered ice cream, cakes, etc., to the room. (Image 6)
🍽 The lake view room included breakfast for two, and the breakfast spot was great, with views of the lake and the distant Alps. The breakfast had a variety of options and tasted good, which was awesome! (Image 8) We even accidentally sat in a super VIP spot with a lake view and they didn't charge extra, felt like a win!
Warm tips: The hotel has a paid parking lot, not many spots, and charges 10€ per day. You can also rent bicycles and skateboards, but we chose to walk around the lake and climb the castle for fitness, which was environmentally friendly and healthy.
