Must-stay in Budapest - Time Hotel
Located on Andrássy Avenue in Budapest, Time Hotel has a great location! 🏢 The street is very wide, and it is very close to the iconic attractions of St. Stephen's Basilica and the Ferris wheel, all within walking distance. Even better, the subway station is just around the corner, making it very convenient to get around. 🛤️ It is only about a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Danube hub, which is perfect for those who like to explore on foot.
The check-in experience was very pleasant. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English very well. Whether it was solving problems or providing information, the service was first class. The hotel's decor is simple and elegant, which is very much in line with my aesthetic. The facilities are complete, especially the 24-hour coffee and water in the lobby, which is very thoughtful! ☕️ The room is also equipped with a coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious morning coffee without going out.
The room is not big, but it is well laid out, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. 🛏️ The bed is very comfortable, and the shower in the bathroom is great, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The most surprising thing is that there is free champagne, cookies, water, and chocolate in the room, full marks for the details! 🍫🍾️ You can also see a beautiful city view, and the overall room experience is great. The breakfast is also very rich, with many options in the buffet, including hot food, which is rare in Europe. 🥐🍳
There are many great places to visit around the hotel. You can walk to St. Stephen's Basilica and the famous Ferris wheel. We also went to Heroes' Square and Fisherman's Bastion, all within reasonable walking distance. There are also many restaurants around, such as Zincenco Kitchen and Kolbizz Sausage & Beer House, which are very good. 🍽️🍺 Whether you want to taste authentic food or experience the local culture, you can find what you need here.
The only small downside is that the hotel breakfast time may be a bit crowded in the morning, but it's fine if you go early. Also, if you like a quiet rest, it is recommended to choose a room on a high floor to avoid the noise of the subway and have a good night's sleep.
Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel, with excellent location, facilities, and service. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to Budapest! ✨
