It's very convenient as it's located right outside the Hachijo exit of Kyoto Station. You can also get there from the underground passage, so you won't get wet in the rain. I really like it because there's AVANTI next door, which has many tenants, so you can go shopping and eat there. The room was clean and comfortable, and the indoor humidifier was great. I'll use it again.

Arriving in Osaka at night and catching the last bus to Kyoto, we reached our destination at 12:30 AM. Traveling with a child, convenience was our priority, so we chose the Keihan Kyoto Grande Hotel, the closest hotel to the bus station. Location: 10/10. It's just a 20-meter walk from the bus stop, making it incredibly convenient. The Kyoto JR Station is right across the street. Front Desk: 10/10. Even at midnight, staff were available to guide us through the self-check-in process, which was smooth and efficient. The rooms were pre-assigned, and the staff also pointed out where to find disposable amenities. Room: 10/10. Spacious! We stayed in a standard room with two single beds that could be combined into a large bed. Our 36-inch suitcase could be easily laid out, and there was space for a stroller, two chairs, and a small round table, leaving 4-5 square meters of open space. Facilities: 10/10. The room had a bathtub, perfect for our little one to splash around. The room was prepped with children's pajamas and toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch. The first floor also offered disposable makeup remover, face wash, toner, and lotion. After three nights, we are very satisfied. Our son enjoys his baths every day. 🏨 Keihan Kyoto Grande Hotel 🚉Transportation Guide: Very convenient transportation!! 8 minutes walk from Namba Station, the largest transportation hub in Osaka (direct access by Nankai Electric Railway from Kansai Airport). 5 minutes walk from Takashimaya shopping area, and 1 minute walk from Nambo Park shopping area. 🌟Highlights: The back door of the hotel lobby on the 2nd floor is connected to an aerial walkway, leading to nearby shopping areas, and there is a large Lawson convenience store at the exit. There are Chinese-speaking staff, and local staff speak fluent English. There are also self-service machines where you can choose the language "Chinese" to check in or check out by yourself. The hotel offers luggage storage, laundry room, and other services. ❤Recommended Reasons: The reception lobby on the 2nd floor offers free welcome drinks: Starbucks coffee, Lipton tea, apple juice, etc. To promote environmental protection, toothbrushes and toothpaste needed in the room should be picked up from the cabinet next to the elevator in the 2nd floor lobby.
