Hotel Indigo Karuizawa has that welcoming vibes before you stepped into the compound. the entrance of the hotel is so grand especially during the winter season with giant Christmas tree with lightings. the fire place inside the lobby after entering is the highlight of the hotel. the staffs are very welcoming as well. The three buses in the morning depart from the hotel, and the three buses in the afternoon return to the hotel from the station. The timetable can be found on the hotel's official website. The check-in part of the hotel is to sit and wait for the waiter to come to handle the formalities. There is a small welcome drink for you to enjoy. The waiters are friendly and attentive, and every waiter who passes by will take the initiative to say hello. 🫰🫰 The room size is standard for five-star hotels. My room is a river view king bed with a landscape bathroom and a terrace. The view is very pleasant and the bath is very comfortable. The price of this room type is around HKD2000 on weekdays and more expensive on weekends. The basic room type only costs more than HKD1000.
