When I was sightseeing in Takayama, I booked and used the plan that included breakfast. It was very good and I would like to use it again. Here are some recommended points. -The building is new. -The common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, and the space in front of the large public bath have an overall bright atmosphere. -The rooms are spacious for a business hotel. -They provide a bag for going to the large public bath, which is convenient. -The large public bath also has a sauna and an open-air bath. -There is a water server in the lobby and the large public bath. -I was happy that they prepared Takayama's local cuisine for breakfast. -The staff are very attentive.

When you come to Takayama City, the most familiar must-eat specialty is of course Takayama Hida beef. The buffet breakfast provided by this hotel has several dishes using Hida beef, namely beef cola cake, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, rich in beef flavor. The beef buns are printed with kanji Hida beef, which makes you look stylish even when you take pictures. Finally, there was the grilled beef, placed near the sashimi, which at first glance was thought to be tuna, but it was actually lightly grilled a little Hida beef, already seasoned on its own, served with Japanese sauce and onions. All three are very tasty, the CP value is really high. For dinner, it is not a buffet form, one set meal per person. Quite exquisite. The starter has sashimi, salad, and then there is tempura, which in addition to the tempura sauce with carrot puree, also provides matcha salt for ordering the tempura super. The main course was chicken, topped with sesame seeds, next to honey mustard seed sauce, was quite a special way of eating, its meat seemed to be chicken breast, but not tough at all, but it had no taste.
