Khlong Thom Hot Waterfall

Khlong Thom Hot Waterfall, also known as “Saphan Yong Hot Waterfall”, is located in Khlong Thom District. It is a small waterfall, 5 meters high and 10 meters wide. It has layers like a small waterfall. Each layer has a basin that looks like a bathtub, which is caused by the formation of limestone sediments in hot water. Each layer has 4-5 basins, each layer is about 1-1.5 meters deep. The water temperature is about 42 degrees Celsius. It comes from underground hot springs that seep up from the ground, creating a natural waterfall stream. It is rich in various minerals. It is considered one of only two natural salty spa hot springs in the world, the others being Thailand and the Czech Republic.
