A 100% Value for money and for the attractive discount from OTA reseller I wonder this is a real gem hidden from the city. Lots of pricey seafood were served and tasted fresh. Ocean view surrounding everywhere, and my son really enjoy it. super friendly staffs & support for kids and we have a great experience there. My family and I stayed at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel from August 9th to August 11th. We chose this hotel specifically to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and overall, there were many highlights~ First, the quality of the front desk staff was excellent. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentive service. Whether it was handling the check-in process or answering various questions, they were very thorough, making us feel very welcome. This really enhanced my experience; however, I did notice a slight inconsistency between the front desk and phone customer service, which was a minor issue. The room space could be larger in my opinion. Although the design is exquisite, it felt a bit cramped for our family. Especially with more luggage, the space utilization wasn't ideal. If the room were a bit larger, it would be more comfortable. The hotel's swimming pool facilities were very well managed, and the overall environment was great. Our family enjoyed the time by the pool. The water was clean and clear, and the facilities were very complete. This was a great opportunity for us to relax and for the kids to burn off some energy. As mentioned earlier, the main reason for our trip to Hong Kong was to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and the hotel was very considerate in this regard. Upon check-in, the hotel prepared a beautiful birthday cake for my daughter, which was delivered on her birthday, surprising us pleasantly. Such thoughtful service was indeed memorable. My daughter was especially happy, and this birthday became one of her very special memories. However, there was one aspect that we found less ideal. The fragrance in the hotel lobby and public areas was a bit too strong, which made our family feel somewhat uncomfortable. Although this is a personal preference issue, if the fragrance were lighter, it would be better. In conclusion, the service quality and facilities at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel are excellent, especially for family trips. This is undoubtedly a great choice. Firstly, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was located within the popular Ocean Park theme park, providing easy access to a variety of attractions and experiences. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable stay, offering all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly, accommodating and always willing to assist with any requests or needs. In addition, the hotel offered a range of dining options, including a delicious breakfast buffet and a stylish bar. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool and a spa, making it an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Ocean Park Hong Kong and would highly recommend it to others. I look forward to the opportunity to stay at this hotel again in the future.

It’s my first time visiting Ocean Park Mariott Hotel. My kids have fun there, esp. at its swimming playground and playhouse. But as it’s weekend, it toke us around 45mins to line up for check in. While the facilities close time is quite early, 6pm for swimming pool and 7pm for playhouse. Not much time to play after check-in.
